This phone number is for connection of electric power. Give your full name, mailing address, and the address where power is to be connected. You will be billed for the deposit. The deposit for new service is $160.00, and is billed within 10 days. NOTE: Deposit may be waived if letter of good credit with previous utility is submitted. The fee for transferring service from one location to another within the FPL service area is $16.00.

This organization supplies water and sewer service. It is necessary to go to the office of 2 Utility Drive, Palm Coast, in person, to pay for your deposit for sewer and water service connection and useage. Give your full name and mailing address for monthly billings. Deposit for residential service is $100.00. If you have an irrigation meter, and additional deposit of $50.00 is required. (Water used through an irrigation meter is billed at a lower rate, since there is no sewer effluent generated and no treatment required.)

Telephone installation may be ordered by phone. From outside Florida call 1-800-753-2909. Bell South will bill you by mail for deposit and installation charges. Give your previous telephone number as a credit reference. Installation charges vary with the type(s) of service ordered.

The office is located in St. Joe’s Plaza, west of I-95, on Palm Coast Parkway. There are many options to choose from, beginning with “limited basic”. Decoder boxes are required for scrambled programming.

Trash pickup is twice weekly, recycling items (blue bin) once a week. Garden trash once a week, also. Billing is quarterly, in advance. Tenants will not be billed. Rent usually includes the trash collection fee
