Palm Coast Neighborhood Map

This lovely neighborhood is a hidden gem on the eastern end of Palm Coast Parkway, markedly one of the earliest settled parts of town. Many of the homes here were built in the 1970s and 80s, and the landscaping throughout the area is well established. The name of the community comes from the fact that it adjoins the Woodlands, a sprawling 3,500 acre conservation area. The Woodlands is also just a little south of Palm Harbor, with its multitude of amenities including the golf course and marina.

Woodlands borders the Old Kings Road entrance to Palm Coast east of I-95 and is very close to the Hammock Dunes toll bridge, which allows travelers to access A1A north of Flagler Beach taking them to The Hammock, Marineland, and ultimately St. Augustine. Residents of the Woodlands enjoy quick access to the northern Flagler County beaches, ramps to Interstate 95, an abundance of shops and restaurants, and a beeline to the new Town Center by way of Old Kings Road.

To reach the pleasant neighborhood of Woodlands, go south on Old Kings Road from Palm Coast Parkway. Turn left on Oak Trail Boulevard, which is the main thoroughfare of the "BL" Section. Because this area has been actively developed for several decades, the properties available are mostly resale homes. View homs for sale in the Woodlands, the "BL" Section of Palm Coast.
